Registration Form Help


Documents you will need for your registration are listed below. You can upload a photo of your document(s) or upload your document(s) directly.
  • Proof of immigration document such as:
    • A Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) letter/document
    • A passport request letter that indicates Permanent Resident visa issuance
    • An IRCC request that an applicant for permanent residence complete a medical examination
    • A Single Entry Permanent Resident Visa
    • A Permanent Resident Visa pick up notification letter
    • An IRCC invitation to obtain pre-arrival services
    • *Please note: A Biometrics letter/document is not a valid document for pre-arrival program registration
  • Your UCI number (Unique Client Identification) UCI stands for "unique client identifier". It is also known as a client identification number (client ID). It is on official documents you get from Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It is an 8 or 10 digit number (Example: 0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000).

  • If you select an Industry-Specific Employment program:
    • A copy of your updated English language resume
    • Some pre-arrival programs may require a language assessment document
  • If more than one family member registering:
    • The documents provided during each registration should be unique to the person registering
    If you are unsure which pre-arrival program you should select, please select one (1) of the following programs on your registration form:
    Next Stop Canada (YMCA) or A.E.I.P. (Active Engagement and Integration Project)

    This will begin your registration to pre-arrival services. Once your registration is completed, you will receive an email from Pre Arrival Canada, and you can inform us if you would like to register for other pre-arrival programs.
