PfC offers FREE orientation sessions and personalized advice virtually worldwide. Our live, interactive, and personalized services provide the information you need to make informed decisions and be better prepared for life and employment in Canada. Self-directed service options are available for clients who prefer to learn at their own pace.

During the 60-minute conversation with one of our expert facilitators, you will be able to identify your key needs, access reliable resources, and learn about essential pre- and post-arrival steps. Receive a customized Settlement Plan tailored to your profession, family needs, and destination in Canada, as well as connections to our in-Canada advisors who will provide you with further personalized tailored settlement and career support based on your destination and intended occupation.

The workshop is designed to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information on key settlement and employment topics. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Canada’s culture, cost of living, essential documents, finances, education, housing, and transportation, and learn how to navigate the challenges and life changes immigrants often experience. Clarify your expectations and make informed decisions!
- Self-Directed e-Learning: Learn at your own pace with our flexible and engaging self-directed e-learning modules. Designed to build on the knowledge shared during Immigrant Workshops and One-on-One Sessions, you will be able to explore relevant topics when and where it’s most convenient for you.

Eligibility
You are eligible for our services if you:
- Have applied for immigration (economic, family class immigrants, or AIP candidate)
- Are destined to any part of Canada (all provinces and territories)
- Are a principal applicant, partner or spouse, or adult dependent
- You have received at least one of the following documents:
- IRCC invitation to obtain pre-arrival services
- Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) letter/document
- Passport request letter that indicates Permanent Resident Visa issuance
- IRCC request that an applicant for permanent residence complete a medical examination
- Single Entry Permanent Resident Visa
- Permanent Resident Visa pick-up notification letter
- Offer of employment to a foreign national – Atlantic Immigration Program (for AIP candidates only).
You must submit one of these documents during registration as proof of eligibility.
