You must be arriving in Canada within a minimum timeframe of 2 months to apply for this program.

The BuildON program offers:
- free English and French online support for those approved to come to Canada and still overseas
- specialized information and orientation to help individuals understand what an alternative career is in Canada, help our clients gain better insight into these industries and understand the process of getting certifications/licenses to become prepared for work in Ontario
- Employment counselling, preparation for professional qualification recognition application, live and on-demand webinars on employment-related topics (e.g. resume writing, Canadian Workplace Culture, job searching strategies), industry-specific mentorship connections, and access to online resources and workshop videos about employment in Ontario
You are eligible for our services if:
- You have been approved to come to Canada as a permanent resident
- You are still outside of Canada
- You plan to settle in Ontario
Please note: in order to access the services of Build ON, you will be required to provide a copy/image of your proof of eligibility document to the program coordinator or your employment consultant. This information is kept confidential
